The rules are changing, and the talent among the Millennials and Gen Z’ers don’t want to be strictly serious and professional all the time. You need to cater to their needs a bit and lighten everything up a bit.
Your recruiting efforts don’t have to be as serious if you’re targeting these generations. They definitely shouldn’t be serious if you’re using Instagram in your campaign.
